I received a Teacher Duplicate Found error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template

InfoHighlight important information in a panel like this one. To edit this panel's color or style, select one of the options in the menu.Based on the teacher information you provided on the template, the user already has an account in Engage

Keep in mind that the existing account may be a different user role than teacher

  1. Go to User Management and use the Email Analyzer to locate the existing account

  2. Submit a Help Ticket if you need further assistance with editing the existing account submit a help ticket

  3. Once the edits have been made in Engage, you can process the template again

  4. Process the template again under Data Management

  5. Check the status of the template after appx. 15 minutes (or more during high traffic times)

 Submit a Help Ticket if the template does not process successfully
