A specialist can qualify to join the ITSN Specialist Program if they are an early Prerequisites:
Early childhood mentor, coach, and/or trainer who supports infant and toddler teachers.

From the Texas ITSN website, go to the Specialists menu tab and click on Specialist Program.
Scroll to the Specialists sectionand click on Join the Specialist Program.
Fill out the help ticket form completely and click Send.
