1. In class view, select View Groups.

2. In groups view, select Email Home Activities associated with the measure you would like to share with families.

3. Check the box to the home activity you want to share with parents, then check the box next to student name with accompanying email.

4. Click on Send by Email.

5. Confirm send by email.

6. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an emailed copy of what was sent to the parent.

7. Note: The email comes from system@cliengage.org and sometimes filters to spam. The subject line identifies the sender with “Sender’s name has recommended Activities for you.”
