Welcome to the ITSN Specialist Certification Program! This manual outlines expectations and resources needed to complete ITSN Specialist Certification. It was also created for you to track your progress.

We recommend that you print a copy and have an electronic copy saved and available to access important links. We are excited to have you join this group of professionals dedicated to improving child outcomes for infants and toddlers in our state.

The Infant Toddler Specialist Network consists of a teacher program, a specialist program, and a certification program. The aim is to improve teachers' and specialists' practices and support the work they are already doing.
