Criteria to define ELPs that should receive Quarterly Screening

This defines the criteria used to extract the ELPs (Early Learning Providers or Schools) from the pool of all ELPs which should receive Quarterly Screenings.

 Instructions

ELPs pulled for Q1 Quarterly Screenings are;

1. Any Certified TRS Schools who have had an assessment on or after 9/1/2021 (where EventLogType<> 3 and IsDeleted<>1)

2. Minus schools who are participating, who have a non-deleted assessment record)

3. And with a verified star rating = 2*, 3* or 4*
