What Can I Do if I Am Missing Measures in an Assessment?

 

If a measure is missing from your assessment, it might be hidden. You can check this by looking at the Hide/Display Measures button above the students' names. If the button is purple, then no measures are hidden. If there is a red exclamation symbol next to the button, that means one or more measures are hidden. To edit the Hide/Display Measures, click on the purple button.

Make sure you're on the CLI Engage dashboard before you start.

Prerequisites

You must be logged in to CLI Engage
You must be inside the assessment on Student View

  1. From the CLI Engage dashboard, go to the red banner labeled Screening, Progress Monitoring, and Observation.

  2. Click on the assessment. (CPM, KPM, etc.)

  3. Enter the Community/District, then click Search.

  4. Click on the School Name.

  5. Click on the Class Name.

  6. On the Student View page, locate the Hide/Display Measures (purple button)

  7. If the button is purple, then no measures are hidden. If there is a red exclamation symbol next to the button, that means one or more measures are hidden. To edit the Hide/Display Measures, click on the purple button.
