When generating reports on CLI Engage that include specific demographic data, it’s important to note that this information must have been entered at the beginning of the school year when student rosters were uploaded. CLI Engage does not have access to student demographic data by default.

Therefore, in order to use demographic filters in reports, districts must ensure that this data is included during the initial student roster upload. If you’d like to update the demographic information on your student rosters to ensure it appears in reports then you can do the Student Bulk Upload process to add the demographics.
