How do I Reset my Own Account and Send a Myself New Invitation to Register?

This article explains how to reset your CLI Engage account and send a new registration invitation to regain access if you forgot your login email or need a new invitation.

Prerequisites

Must have a CLI Engage account
Must know the name and email address your account was created under

Instructions

  1. Launch www.cliengage.org

  2. At the top right, locate and click Login.

  3. Scroll down to Need help logging in to CLI Engage? Click here for assistance and click the Click here for assistance link (or click the link here on this page ---->) Need help logging in to CLI Engage? Click here for assistance

  4. Click the bubble for I need my invitation resent / my invitation expired.

  5. Click Next and you will be taken to Login Help: Reset my CLI Engage Account.

  6. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address (Provide the email address that the original invitation was sent to).

  7. Click Submit.

  8. Go to your email address and click on the link sent to complete registration.
