What Should I Do If I Have Multiple TECPDS Accounts?

This TECPDS article will discuss what to do if you have multiple TECPDS accounts. If you have duplicate accounts on TECPDS, you need to send a help ticket to our support team.

Instructions:

  1. Go to https://tecpds.org.

  2. Navigate to the Help Center at the top and click Submit a Help Ticket.

  3. Fill in your personal details and select your role.

  4. Under I am requesting assistance with, select Something Else.

  5. In the text boxes, including the TECPDS ID you want to keep and the one(s) you want deleted.

  6. Click Send to submit your request.
