How Do I Access Longitudinal Data Reports?
Only users with Community/District-level roles can access the longitudinal data reports.
CLI Engage longitudinal reports allow community/district-level users to view and compare child progress monitoring data over time. Analyze results by year, measure, and school for both pre-K (Circle Progress Monitoring data) and kindergarten (Circle Kindergarten Progress Monitoring data), and compare the district’s results to the state and ESC region.
Instructions
Accessing the Longitudinal Reports
After logging in to CLI Engage, navigate to Administrative Tools.
Click on Class and Student Management.
Navigate to Reports.
Longitudinal reports are linked in the Community/District Reports section of the Reports page.
Select a button to view each report (see descriptions below).
If you do not see the reports, you do not have community/district access. Please submit a help ticket to request modifications to your permissions.
Using the Longitudinal Reports
Follow these steps to review and refine longitudinal reports based on your district’s child progress monitoring data. Please note, specific reports have some or all of the filtering options listed below.
Select your District.
If applicable, select Language of Administration.
If applicable, select one or more Schools to compare results (for School reports only).
If applicable, select the Wave of administration (BOY, MOY, or EOY).
Select the Measure Name.
Select the Year(s) to display in the report.
Use the demographic and special populations fields to filter student data.
Please note, if these indicators were not uploaded for students, the data may not populate.
If data for one or more years does not display, your district may not have used CPM or KPM, or an existing data sharing or data privacy agreement may limit the ability to store longitudinal data. Please submit a help ticket for more information.
