How Do I Access Longitudinal Data Reports?

Only users with Community/District-level roles can access the longitudinal data reports.

Longitudinal reports in CLI Engage allow you to:

View child progress monitoring data over time
Compare results by year, measure, and school
Analyze data for:
- Pre-K (CIRCLE Progress Monitoring – CPM)
- Kindergarten (CIRCLE Kindergarten Progress Monitoring – KPM)
Compare your district’s results to the state and your ESC region

Prerequisites

You must be logged into CLI Engage

Your students must be rostered in CLI Engage with scores

After clicking Class and Student Management, you must have access to Reports

You must be assigned to the desired district

Instructions

Accessing the Longitudinal Reports

Log in to CLI Engage.
From the CLI Engage dashboard, go to the teal banner labeled Administrative Tools.
Click Class and Student Management.
Select Reports.
Scroll to the Community/District Reports section.
Select a report to open it.

If you do not see these reports, you do not have the required access.

Submit a Help Ticket to request permission updates.

Using the Longitudinal Reports

Follow these steps to review and refine longitudinal reports based on your district’s child progress monitoring data. Please note, specific reports have some or all of the filtering options listed below.

Select your District.
(If available) Select Language of Administration.
(For school reports) Select one or more Schools.
(If available) Select the Wave:
- BOY (Beginning of Year)
- MOY (Middle of Year)
- EOY (End of Year)
Select the Measure Name.
Select the Year(s) to display.
Use Demographic and Special Population filters to refine results.

If demographic data was not uploaded, results may not appear.
If data is missing for certain years:
- Your district may not have used CPM or KPM, or
- Data sharing or privacy agreements may limit access
