Ver en español | Xem bằng Tiếng Việt
Trainers can submit training documents to advance levels on their Trainer Career Pathway. They can submit items such as a video recording of a training, an evaluation and synthesis, a needs analysis and synthesis, and a training plan through CLI Engage. Those submissions will be reviewed and graded, and you will receive feedback regarding any micro-credential badges earned.
If you're a Registered Trainer, you can find helpful resources and templates for your submissions by clicking the Registered Trainer Resources tile on your TECPDS dashboard.
Instructions:
Login to CLI Engage. Make sure it is the same Engage account connected to your TECPDS.
Scroll down to the purple banner labeled Online Learning and Professional Development and click on My Enrolled Courses.
Click on the Trainer Program icon.
Select and launch the appropriate submission course based on the type of submission you want to make:
For needs analysis, synthesis and training plan documents, launch the Trainer Submission Guideline 1: Training Design course.
For videos, launch the Trainer Submission Guideline 3: Facilitating Discussions course.
For evaluation and synthesis, launch the Trainer Submission Guideline 4: Soliciting Feedback from Participants course.
Click on the Submission icon, select Submit files and exchange feedback with your reviewer, and click on the blue Add submission button.
In the Online Text box, indicate whether your training was created by you or your organization. Then, upload your documents in the File Submissions box and click Save changes.
