How Do I Upload Training and Conference Certificates to My TECPDS Account?

This TECPDS article will discuss how users can upload training and conference session certificates to their TECPDS account.

Note: Professional development completed on CLI Engage will automatically transfer into your TECPDS account. Make sure your CLI Engage and TECPDS accounts are connected. See How to Connect My TECPDS and CLI Engage Accounts.

 Instructions:

To upload your records using our 3-step process:

  1. On your dashboard, click Upload My Career Records and select Yes on the pop-up.

  2. Click Choose File, select your document, then click Upload.

  3. Review the information. Make any needed corrections, then click Submit twice to confirm.

  4. To upload another record click Yes. Otherwise, click No.

To upload your records manually:

  1. Click Upload My Career Records on your user dashboard.

  2. From the Record Type drop down, select Training.

  3. Choose the training type: Trainings/Workshops, CPE Trainings/Workshops or Conferences.

  4. Enter the details, upload your document, and click Submit.
