How Do I Access My Career Pathway Report?

This TECPDS article will discuss how you can view and print your Career Pathway Report. The Career Pathway aligns your training, education, and work experience with a professional level—from Entry-level to Transition—based on your expertise in early childhood. You can advance by gaining experience or earning credentials like a CDA or bachelor’s degree. This pathway also supports your professional growth and helps you present your qualifications to employers and families.

 Instructions:

  1. Log in to TECPDS and click View My Career Pathway.

  2. Choose a pathway to view (e.g., Educator Pathway).

  3. Follow the instructions to enter your professional development details.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Skip to End.

  5. Click Email My Career Pathway Report.

  6. Open the email titled Career Pathway Report and click the link to view, save or print your report. (Make sure you’re logged in to TECPDS).
