How do I upload a submission for the Coach MC Platform?

Follow the instructions below to learn how to upload a submission to the Coach MC Platform.

Prerequisites:

Enrolled in the Coach MC Program

Complete the Coaching MC: Tell us about yourself course

Complete the Introduction for CLI MC Coach Participants course

Self-allocated in Working with Practitioners in Classroom Settings and Working with Practitioners in One to One Settings

Upload a Submission for Coach Micro-credential

Instructions

From the CLI Engage dashboard, go to the purple banner labeled Online Learning and Professional Development.
Click on My Enrolled Courses.
Under My Courses, locate the Coach Micro-credential Program link.
Click on Submission Courses and Exams.
Click on the Working with Practitioners in Classroom Settings submission course or the Working with Practitioners in One to One Settings submission course.
Click on the Submission activity block.
Click on “Collect data before submission” before going to the submission page.
Select to submit your first submission by clicking on Add Submission (add first submission), New Submission (New submission can be added after graded submission), or Edit submission (can adjust submission if not graded) to upload to your submission.
In the text box, include the date, time stamps to be viewed if video is over 20 minutes, and any additional information for your Submission Reviewer or PLC Facilitator.
Select the file submissions, and browse your computer for your video file.
Select the file from your computer then click upload file. Remember to save your changes.

Now you are all done with uploading your video submission!
