How do I Print Parent PIN Pages?

CLI Engage provides opportunities for schools to share child progress monitoring reports with parents electronically through the CLI Engage website. Teachers can select which results to share with parents, and provide a PIN page that details how to access these reports.

Parents can use this PIN to link their parent account to their student's (child’s) account, which allows parents to view their progress monitoring reports online.

Prerequisites:

Before parents can access the progress monitoring results on CLI Engage, teachers MUST complete all steps in this guide

 Instructions

  1. On the dashboard, find the red Screening, Progress Monitoring, and Observation banner. Select the assessment you want to use for reports, such as CIRCLE Progress Monitoring PreK or Kindergarten Progress Monitoring.

  2. On the class view page, select View next to the child’s name.

  3. Select the report icon. Teachers can print parent reports that include each child’s personal identification number (PIN). Parents use the PIN to view progress monitoring reports online.

  4. For the report type, select Parent Report.

  5. Choose whether to print parent reports for one child or for all children in your classroom.

  6. Select or clear the checkbox next to each student’s name, as needed.

  7. Select the measures you want to include on the parent report. To avoid confusion, include only the measures you administered.

  8. If you administered all measures, select Select All Measures. If not, select each measure you administered.

  9. After you select the measures, select Share Results with Parents Online: Download Parent PIN Pages. This makes the student’s information available to parents online.

  10. Select Print Parent PIN Page. A PIN page will download for the selected student or for the whole class, based on your selection.

  11. The parent PIN pages download as a PDF. Print and share the pages with parents or guardians. Each PIN is unique to one child and appears on that child’s report. Parents can use the PIN to view and save their child’s assessment results on the CLI Engage website.
