The Circle Kindergarten Progress Monitoring (KPM) vocabulary sub-measure was designed to measure ranges of ability along a continuum of vocabulary development, and Pre-K Circle Progress Monitoring (CPM) Rapid Vocabulary Naming was designed to measure fluency. The goals of what each assessment tool measures are slightly different for each grade leve.
