How do I Generate My Class Summary (Percentile Rank) Report for Kindergarten Progress Monitoring KPM

The Percentile Rank Score Report changes raw scores for each subtest into percentile ranks. Percentile ranks show how a student performed compared with other students, from the 1st percentile to the 99th percentile. This report helps you compare scores across measures and better understand student performance.

Prerequisites

You must be logged into CLI Engage
Your students must be rostered in CLI Engage
In the SCREENING, PROGRESS MONITORING AND OBSERVATION section of CLI Engage, you must see the assessment that you are requesting the report for. If you do not see this option, then open a help ticket.
You must be assigned to the class, school, or district, depending on the type of desired report and your account type

 Instructions

Use these steps after you sign in to the CLI Engage dashboard. You will download the Class Summary (Percentile Rank) report.

  1. On the CLI Engage dashboard, go to the red banner labeled Screening, Progress Monitoring, and Observation.

  2. Click Kindergarten Progress Monitoring.

  3. In the Community/District field, enter the name of the CLI Engage community or district.

  4. In the School field, enter the name of the school.

  5. Click the Search button.

  6. Click the class name.

  7. Click Reports.

  8. Click Class Summary (Percentile Ranks).

  9. Select the language, wave, and measures.

  10. Scroll to the bottom of the report options, and click Summary Report (Percentile Rank).

  11. When the download window opens, choose where to save the file.

  12. Open the downloaded PDF to view the report.
