How Do I Upload Multiple Certificates to My TECPDS Account?

This TECPDS article will discuss how users can upload multiple training and conference session certificates that are merged into one PDF file to their TECPDS account.

Note: Professional development completed on CLI Engage will automatically transfer into your TECPDS account. Make sure your CLI Engage and TECPDS accounts are connected. See How to Connect My TECPDS and CLI Engage Accounts.

 Instructions

To upload your multiple files using our 3-step process:

  1. When logged into TECPDS on My User Account dashboard, click Upload My Career Records and click Yes when the pop-up tab appears.

  2. Click Add More Files, select the file. For each additional files, click Add More Files.

  3. Once the files are ready, click Upload.

  4. Verify the accuracy of the information and make any edits if needed.

  5. Once everything is verified, click Submit. Repeat the steps for each additional files.

To upload your records manually:

  1. Click Upload My Career Records on your user dashboard and click No when the pop-up appears.

  2. Select the Record Type from the drop down.

  3. Choose the Type of file when prompted.

  4. Enter the details, upload your document, and click Submit.
