How to Connect My TECPDS and CLI Engage Accounts

This TECPDS article will help you connect your existing CLI Engage and TECPDS accounts. In order to link your Engage ID to your TECPDS account, you need to Submit a Help Ticket.

 Instructions:

  1. Go to https://tecpds.org.

  2. Navigate to the Help Center at the top and click Submit a Help Ticket.

  3. Fill in with your personal details and select your role.

  4. Under the field I am requesting assistance with, select Link TECPDS account to CLI Engage.

  5. Next, enter your TECPDS ID and CLI Engage ID, and indicate that you’d like the accounts connected.

  6. Finally, click Send to submit your request.

Note: Your TECPDS ID can be found on your dashboard, once you sign into your TECPDS account. Your CLI ENGAGE ID can be found by choosing 'My Profile' from your CLI Engage dashboard.
