How do I correct the Missing or invalid Class Day Type error on my SRU template?
Problem
I received a Missing or invalid Class Day Type error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template.
Please follow the steps on the Instructions tab of the SRU template. You can locate the instructions on the second tab of the template file.
Solution
Review Column M. This is a required field
Enter Full Day, FD, AM or PM
If a Teacher has an AM and a PM class, at the same or at different schools, CLI Engage will create only one user account if the same name, email and ID number are used. The Teacher will have access to both classes using the same login credentials.
Once you have updated your template, you can save and reupload the SRU.
