How do I correct the Missing or invalid Class Level error on my SRU template?

I received a Missing or Invalid Class Level error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template.

Use the Instructions tab in the SRU template for guidance. The Instructions tab is the second tab in the template file.

Solution

  1. Review Column N in the SRU template.

  2. Confirm that Column N has a value. This field is required.

  3. Enter the correct class level. Use one of these values: IN (ages 0 to 17 months), TD (ages 18 to 35 months), EE, PK, KG, 1, 2, and so on.

  4. In most cases, the value in Column N should match the value in Column T.

  5. Save the updated template.

  6. Reupload the SRU template.
