How do I Access CLI Common?

This article explains how to access CLI Common, our Secure Site to send files or receive files with sensitive data from CLI Engage.

 Instructions

  1. Go to your Email sent from CLI staff from the CLI Common site

    1. Email will state CLI Engage Rep name and that they are sharing a folder with you.

  2. Click the Blue Open button to open the folder sent to view the files shared

    1. If it is your first time accessing CLI Common, the site will have you confirm your email address

    2. The site you then send you a verification code

    3. Go to your email to retrieve the verification code and input the code in to the verification field and enter

  3. You will then be redirected to the folder shared
