How do I correct the Missing or Invalid Student Grade Level error on my Single Roster Upload template?

 Problem

I received a Missing or Invalid Student Grade Level error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template.

 Solution

On your template, go to Column T to review grade level

  • Per the INSTRUCTIONS tab, you will need to enter EE, PK, KG, 1 or 2 as needed.

  • All grades levels can be included on the same template.

  • Once your template has been updated process it again.
