How do I correct the Missing or Invalid Student Grade Level error on my SRU template?

 Problem

I received a Missing or Invalid Student Grade Level error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template.

 Solution

  1. On your template, go to Column T to review the grade level. This is a required field

  2. Enter IN (ages 0 to 17 months), TD (ages 18 to 35 months), EE, PK, KG, 1, 2, etc. In most cases, this value should be the same one provided on column N.

  3. All grades levels can be included on the same template.

  4. Save and process the updated template again under Central Roster Management.
