How do I correct the Student TSDS ID Duplicate Found error on my SRU template?

 Problem

I received a Student TSDS ID Duplicate Found error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template

 Solution

  1. Review the error records by clicking the blue speech bubble under the Action column.

  2. Ensure that the TSDS ID in column S for the student that has this error is not duplicated on the template or already present in CLI Engage

  3. Remove the duplicate student from your template or put a U for update in the Action column on the template, if you need to update the existing student’s information

  4. Save and process the updated template again under Central Roster Management

  5. Check the status of the template after appx. 15 minutes (or more during high traffic times)
