How do I correct the Student Not Found in Engage error on my SRU template?
Problem
I received a Student Not Found in Engage error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template
Solution
Based on the information you provided in the template, the student is not currently in CLI Engage
Review the error records by clicking the blue speech bubble under the Action column.
For the student that has this error, ensure that the student information is correct
On the line for that student, update the Action in column A to an I (for Insert), instead of a U (for Update)
Save and process the updated template again under Central Roster Management
Check the status of the template after appx. 15 minutes (or more during high traffic times)
