How do I correct the Duplicate Student found in the file error on my SRU template?

 Problem

I received a Duplicate Student found in the file error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template.

 Solution

  1. Duplicate Student found in the file means that a student has been included on the roster template that already has been added to CLI Engage and has an account. You can disregard this error, if you do not need to update the student’s account.

  2. If you need to update the student's information, put a ‘U' for Update in the Action column, instead of an 'I’ and upload the template again.
