How do I correct the Missing Student Name error on my SRU template?

 Problem

I received a Missing Student Name error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template.

 Solution

  1. On your template, locate Column O and Q to review missing student names.

  2. Enter the correct student’s first or last name

  3. Save and process the updated template again under Central Roster Management
