How do I correct the Teacher Duplicate Found error on my SRU template?
Problem
I received a Teacher Duplicate Found error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template
Solution
Based on the teacher information you provided on the template, the user already has an account in CLI Engage
Review the error records by clicking the blue speech bubble under the Action column.
Ensure that the teacher that has this error is not duplicated on the template or already present in CLI Engage
Remove the duplicate teacher from your template or put a U for update in the Action column on the template if, you need to update the existing student’s information
Save and process the updated template again under Central Roster Management
Check the status of the template after appx. 15 minutes (or more during high traffic times)
