How do I correct the Invalid phone Number Error on my SRU template?

You may see an Invalid phone number error when you upload a Single Roster Upload (SRU) file or roster template.

Solution

Check column J

  1. Review column J. This field is optional.

  2. If you enter a phone number, use this format: 111-111-1111.

  3. Save the updated file.

  4. Upload and process the new SRU file.
