How do I correct the Invalid phone Number Error on my SRU template?

 Problem

I received a Invalid phone Number error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) or roster template.

 Solution

1. Review column J, which is optional.

2. Provide a valid phone number to contact the Teacher.

   1. Enter number as 111-111-1111

3. Once that is updated, you can process a new SRU.
