How Directors Can Use a QR Code to Create CLI Engage Accounts for Their Staff?

From your CLI Engage Dashboard, Center Directors/Principals can access a QR code feature that enables Teachers to opt-in to create a CLI Engage account. Once approved by the Center Director, the new teacher accounts will be automatically created and connected to your affiliated program/school.

Prerequisites

You must be logged into CLI Engage
In the Administrative Tools section of CLI Engage, you must see Class & Student Management. If you do not see this option, then submit a help ticket

 Instructions

  1. Login to CLI Engage and select the Class & Student Management button under the red Administrative Tools banner.

  2. Under the Administrative Tools sidebar, select School Management.

  3. Select your school.

  4. Under the Action heading. select the last icon. This will generate the QR Code to be shared with Teachers.

  5. Teachers can scan the QR Code or click on the link below it to request a teacher account on CLI Engage.

  6. Teachers should fill in the requested information and click Submit.

  7. When the information is submitted, it will automatically be sent to the Center Director/Principal for approval.

  8. The Center Director/Principal will navigate to User Management and click User Verification.

  9. The Center Director/Principal can then, approve or delete the teacher’s request by clicking the Review (green) or Delete (red) buttons under the Action column.
