How Directors Can Use a QR Code to Create CLI Engage Accounts for Their Staff?

Center Directors and Principals can use a QR code in CLI Engage to help teachers request a CLI Engage account. After the Center Director or Principal approves the request, the teacher account is created and linked to the program or school.

Prerequisites

Log in to CLI Engage.
In the Administrative Tools section, make sure you can see Class & Student Management. If you do not see this option, submit a help ticket.

 Instructions

  1. Log in to CLI Engage. Under the red Administrative Tools banner, select Class & Student Management.

  2. In the Administrative Tools sidebar, select School Management.

  3. Select your school.

  4. Under the Action heading, select the last icon. This creates the QR code to share with teachers.

  5. Teachers can scan the QR code or select the link below it to request a CLI Engage teacher account.

  6. Teachers enter the requested information and select Submit.

  7. After the form is submitted, it is sent to the Center Director or Principal for approval.

  8. The Center Director or Principal goes to User Management and selects User Verification.

  9. The Center Director or Principal reviews the request. Under the Action column, select Review (green) to approve the request or Delete (red) to remove it.

  10. After approval, the teacher receives an email invitation to register their new CLI Engage account. For more information, see How to Accept Your CLI Engage Invitation and Log In for the First Time with Google.
