How do I Generate a School Level Summary Report?
The School Summary Report shows benchmark data in a bar graph and average scores for selected measures during a specific assessment wave.
Prerequisites
Instructions
On the dashboard, find the Screening, Progress Monitoring, and Observation section in the red banner.
Click the assessment you want to use for the report, such as CIRCLE Progress Monitoring PreK.
Search for the community, district, and school you need.
Click the school name.
Open the Reports drop-down menu, then select School Summary Report.
Select the language.
Optional: Enter the time period and date of birth range.
Select the grade level.
Optional: Select specific indicators.
Select the assessment wave.
Select the measures.
Select Average Report or Benchmark Report, based on the report you need.
To view benchmark results, select Benchmark Report. This report shows the percentage of students in each benchmark scoring range.
To save the benchmark report, click Export and save the PDF file.
To get the average report, select Average Report in the report selector. The report link will be sent to your email. Open the email, then click the download link.
You can also download report results from the dashboard by using My Reports.
Download the report from CLI Engage. Then open and save the PDF file.
The Average Report shows the average score for all students tested in each class at the school. Scores appear by measure or sub-measure.
