Need a CLI Engage Account for a Previous CLI Engage User?

This article will discuss the steps you should take if you are trying to sign up for CLI Engage and you had a previous account.

  1. Submit a help ticket through this link IF you had a previous CLI Engage account - https://cliengage.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/68/create/36

a. On the help ticket, provide your current employer’s information –

Job Title, School/Center Name, School/Center Address, License/School Number

b. In the description box on the help ticket, provide the following:

                      i.     Any and All Email addresses used previously to access CLI Engage

c. Keep in mind your account will be updated and an invitation will be sent to the email entered in the request field on the help ticket, see picture below:

  1. Reach out to your Administrator

a. Inform them, CLI Engage will be reaching out via email to request authorization to create/update your account under the school/center you are requesting

  1. Once CLI receives authorization from your administrator via email, the following will occur:

a. CLI Engage Staff updates previous account

b. Account is reset

c. User will be sent a new invitation to register with the updated email address

d. User will need to check email and click the link sent to complete registration
