How to Split a Class into Two Classes
This article will discuss how to split a class into two classes.
Example: You have your three and four-year-olds in one class, but what to separate them into their own classes. PK3/4 into PK3 and PK4

Instructions
Log in to Cli Engage:
Go to https://cliengage.org and log in.
Navigate to Class Management:
From the Dashboard, scroll down to Administrative Tools.
Select Class & Student Management.
Click on Class Management in the menu bar.
Add a New Class:
Click Add Class.
Fill out the required information. Pay attention to the Class Name and Class Level.
Click Submit.
Move Students to the New Class:
Click Assign Students next to the new class.
Enter the community name, school name, and class name on the left side.
Click Submit.
Check the box for each student you want to transfer.
Click the Red Arrow button to complete the transfer.
Click the Green Back button.
Remove Students from the Old Class:
Click Assign Students for the old class.
Check the box next to each student you want to remove.
Click the Blue Arrow button to de-assign them.
Click the Green Back button.
