How do I save favorites in My Activities?

My Activities is a CLI Engage tool that lets you save favorite activities from the CIRCLE Activity Collections. You can also add notes to hhelp withth lesson planning. Saved activities are organized by collection, language, and learning domain.

Prerequisites

You must be logged into CLI Engage.

 Instructions

  1. Log in to CLI Engage. On the dashboard, find the blue Activities and Materials banner. SelectSelect My Activities.

  2. In My Activities, you can view activities you saved from the CIRCLE Activity Collections. You can also:

    • View all activities you saved across CIRCLE Activity Collections and languages.

    • Add or edit notes for saved activities. Notes added in My Activities or in the CIRCLE Activity Collections are saved in both places.

    • Print a list of your saved activities.

    Activities are listed by learning domain in each collection.

  3. If you do noot see any activities, visit the CIRCLE Activity Collections and save activities to My Activities. Look for the Add to My Activities button in the top-right corner of each activity. SelectSet the button to add the activity to your personal collection.

  4. In My Activities, saved activities are listed by collection. Activities from the English and Spanish CIRCLE Activity Collections for PreK/K, Infant & Toddler, and Family are listed separately. Select a tab to view saved activities from that collection.

    This guide uses the PreK/K collection as an example. The same features are available for the Infant & Toddler and Family collections.

  5. After you add activities, they display by learning domain. You can:

    • Select a domain title on the left side of the page to view saved activities in that domain.

    • Select ALL DOMAINS to view all saved activities in the collection.

    • Select PRINT LIST OF ACTIVITIES to print a PDF list of your saved activities and notes.

    • Sort activities by title or domain in ascending or descending alphabetical order.

    • Select REMOVE ACTIVITY to remove a saved activity from your personal collection.

    • Select ADD/EDIT MY NOTES to add or update notes for an activity.

  6. To add notes in My Activities, select ADD/EDIT MY NOTES. The notes section becomes editable. Enter your notes, then select SAVE MY NOTES.

  7. A confirmation window appears when your notes are saved.

  8. Continue visiting the CIRCLE Activity Collections and My Activities throughout the year to save and review activities.
