How to Create Texas Workforce Registry Account (TECPDS)?

Follow the steps below to login to the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System’s Texas Workforce Registry. Available at no cost for all Texas early childhood practitioners and administrators, TECPDS accounts offer an online career profile for early childhood professionals to track their work experience, professional development, and education/credentials. The website also provides resources to support further career advancement.

If you already have an account on CLI Engage, we recommend that you use the same Google account information to login to TECPDS. Your professional development certificates earned on CLI Engage can be automatically transferred to your personal TECPDS account if your accounts are linked manually or by completing the pop-up to OPT-IN once completing your CLI Engage Registration.
