How Can I Get An Account On CLI Engage?
Follow these steps to request access to TSR Online, our full suite of resources on CLI Engage. Eligible users include early childhood programs, Texas public school districts, Head Start programs, higher education institutions, high school CTE programs, and child care programs that take part in Texas School Ready or Texas Rising Star.

Go to CLI Engage.
In the top-right corner, select Sign Up.
The Sign Up for Access to CLI Engage! page opens.
Review the eligibility criteria.
If you are eligible, select Request Access TSR Online. Then, complete the Access Request help ticket.
If you are not eligible, select Sign Up Public Access.
After you submit the help ticket, the next page shows your Help Ticket Number. Save this number for your records.
Our support team will review your information and contact you with next steps within 12 business hours.
If you are a parent or eligible for public access, select Sign Up Public Access. This account works well for parents, school staff, and child care staff who may not be eligible for TSR Online.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Check your email for the verification code.
Enter the verification code and click Verify.
Enter a new password and click Create account.
Complete the short Public Access Account Sign Up form. You only need to enter your name, email address, country, and state. The other fields are optional. You can add your child’s information later if you want to.
Select Submit.
After you submit the form, you will be taken to the CLI Engage dashboard. You now have access to many resources.
