How to Share Activities with Families

Follow these steps to share activities from the CIRCLE Activity Collection with parents and families.

Prerequisites

Log in to CLI Engage.

Make sure you can access the class for the assessment under the SCREENING, PROGRESS MONITORING AND OBSERVATION banner.

In Class View, select View Groups.
In Groups View, select Email Home Activities for the measure you want to share with families.
Select the home activity you want to share. Then select the student’s name and make sure an email address is listed.
Select Send by Email.
Confirm that you want to send the email.
You will receive an emailed copy of the message sent to the parent or family member.
Note: The email comes from system@cliengage.org. It may go to the spam folder. The subject line says, “Sender’s name has recommended activities for you.”
