CLI Engage provides live support throughout the school year during scheduled office hours to help users get answers to questions and solve problems. Office hours will reopen before the 2026-2027 school year.

Before Joining Office Hours

• You may wait in the virtual lobby while we assist others. Thank you for your patience.

• Check your technology to ensure your speaker, microphone, and volume are working.

• Be ready and focused so the Support team can help you efficiently.
