How Do I Complete the Pre-Requisite Trainer Micro-Credential Courses?

Please reference these instructions to complete the two pre-requisite Trainer MC Program courses. These two pre-requisite courses must be completed before you can enroll into the Trainer Exams, Trainer Submission Guideline 1, Trainer Submission Guideline 2, Trainer Submission Guideline 3 or Trainer Submission Guideline 4 courses.

Prerequisite: You must be enrolled into the Trainer MC Program before you can complete the two prerequisite courses.

Completing Pre-requisite Courses

 Instructions

  1. From the CLI Engage dashboard, go to the purple banner labeled Online Learning and Professional Development.

  2. Click on My Enrolled Courses.

  3. Under My Courses, locate the Micro-credential Training Service link.

    1. If it’s your first time launching the program, click on Proceed to program content.

  4. Click on Training MC Pre-requisites.

  5. Start by clicking on the Trainer Micro-credentials: Tell us about yourself course link.

    1. If it’s your first time launching the course, click on Proceed to course content.

    2. Click on the Trainer Micro-credentials: Tell us about yourself activity link.

    3. Select the Answer the questions button.

  6. Complete the questionnaire by providing a response to each of the questions.

    1. This will take around 2-3 minutes to finish.

    2. Select the Submit button once completed. Click Continue.

  7. Go back to My Courses, locate the Micro-credential Training Service link.

  8. Click on Training MC Pre-requisites. Select the Introduction for CLI Micro-Credentialing Trainer Participants course link.

  9. Click the Overview activity block and open the Overview document to view.

    1. Close out or download the document to complete this assignment.

  10. Click the Media Release FAQs activity block and open the FAQ for the Requester of the Training/Training Attendee document to view.

    1. Close out or download the document to complete this assignment.

  11. Return to My Courses, locate the Micro-credential Training Service link.

  12. Click on Training Submission Courses.

    1. You can now click into each submission course to begin self-allocating into the courses.
