How do I generate a Class Level Completion Report?

The Class Level Completion Report shows which students have been tested, are exempt, or have not yet been tested on selected measures.

Prerequisites

You must be logged into CLI Engage
Your students must be rostered in CLI Engage
You must see the assessment you need in the Screening, Progress Monitoring and Observation section of CLI Engage. If you do not see it, please submit a help ticket.
You must be assigned to the class, school, or district based on the type of report you need and your account type.

 Instructions

  1. On the dashboard, find the red Screening, Progress Monitoring and Observation banner. Click the assessment you want to run reports for (for example, CIRCLE Progress Monitoring PreK, Texas Kindergarten Entry Assessment, TPRI, or Tejas LEE).

  2. Click the name of your School.

  3. Click your Class Name.

  4. Click the Reports tab at the top of the class view.

  5. From the drop-down menu, select Class Completion Report.

  6. Select the Language and Wave.

    Note: Adding a Time Period, DOB Range, or specific indicators is optional.

  7. Select the Measures you want to include.

  8. Click Export at the bottom of the page.

  9. The report will download as a PDF file. Click the downloaded file to open it.

  • The report shows the number of students tested and not tested on the measures you selected.

  • Bar graphs display both the number and percentage of students tested.

  • Excluded measures are not included in the totals.
