How Do I Generate a Class Summary Report?

This report provides a summary of the scores for the class.

Prerequisites

You must be logged in to CLI Engage.
Your students must be rostered in CLI Engage.
In the Screening, Progress Monitoring and Observation section of CLI Engage, you must see the assessment for the report you want to create. If you do not see the assessment, submit a help ticket.
You must be assigned to the class, school, or district for the report you want to create. Access depends on your account type.

 Instructions

  1. Find the red banner labeled Screening, Progress Monitoring and Observation on the dashboard. Select the assessment for the report you want to create, such as CIRCLE Progress Monitoring PreK, Texas Kindergarten Entry Assessment, TPRI, or Tejas LEE.

  2. Select the school name.

  3. Select the class name.

  4. Open the Reports tab at the top of the class view.

  5. From the drop-down menu, select Class Summary Report.

  6. Select the Language and Wave. Adding a time period or date of birth range is optional.

  7. Select all Measures needed for the report.

  8. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Choose whether the class scores should display in black and white or color.

  9. A link to download the class scores report will be sent to your email.

  10. Select the link in the email. You will go to CLI Engage, where you can download the report.

  11. You can also download the report from the CLI Engage dashboard by selecting My Reports.

  12. My Reports stores your report links for up to 90 days.

  13. After you download the report, you can view the Class Summary Report by class scores.

  14. You can also view the report by benchmark percentages. After you select the language, wave, and measures, select Benchmark Report at the bottom of the page. The report includes a table with percentages and a bar graph. Before you select Export, hover over each bar to view the percentages.

  15. You can change the bar graph to show different views of proficiency. For example, you can show only students with emerging ability. Select the color codes at the top of the graph to increase or decrease the view. Then, select Export to save the report as a PDF file.
