How Do I Generate a School Growth Report?
The School Growth Report shows a bar graph with the percent of students who met the benchmark for selected measures across testing waves. You can also view the average student scores for the selected measure. For this report, select at least two waves to compare growth over time.

On the dashboard, find the red Screening, Progress Monitoring, and Observation banner. Select the assessment you want to use, such as CIRCLE Progress Monitoring PreK.
Select the school name.
On the next page, you should see all classes at the campus.
Select the Reports tab at the top of the class view.
From the drop-down menu, select School Growth Report.
Select the Language, Waves, and either % Meeting Benchmarks View or Average Scores View. To view growth, select at least two waves.
Note: If you are assigned to more than one class, you can select For All Classes. This combines all classrooms you can access.
Select the Measures for the report. You can select one or more measures.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. Select the blue School Growth Report button.
The report will open. You can export it as a PDF.
Before you export the report, hover over the bar graph to view the percentages.
To focus on specific growth data, select or clear the color options above the graph.
For example, you can select colors above the graph to show only proficiency gains.
To view class average growth, select the Average Scores option. Then select the Language, Waves, and Measures for the School Growth Report.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. Select the blue School Growth Report button.
The report shows the average score for all students tested in the class. It also shows the selected measure or sub-measure and the maximum possible score.
When you are finished, select Export to download or view the report.
