TRS Assessors reported that they received a "Syntax" error when searching for Schools in the TRS Assessment

Per Miguel on May 3, 2024:

After yesterday's deployment, some TRS Assessors reported that they received a "Syntax" error when searching for Schools in the TRS Assessment.

 We found that the problem is with the School search field.

 To prevent this error while the issue is fixed, do one of the following methods:

 

Method A

  1. Go to the TRS Assessment 2.0

  2. Use only the CCL License Number field

  3. Do not use any other search field

  4. Click Search

  5. Launch the Assessment

Method B

  1. Go to the TRS Assessment 2.0

  2. In the Community field, type in the Community Name

  3. Click Search

  4. Do not type anything in the School field

  5. Find the School in the search results

  6. Launch the assessment
