How do I upload a submission for the ECE Competency Program?

Follow the instructions below to learn how to upload a submission to the ECE Competency Program.

Uploading a Submission

 Instructions

Before uploading, you must be:

Enrolled in the Early Childhood Educator Competency Program

  1. Navigate to the Teacher Program icon.

  2. Click Launch for the Early Childhood Educator Competency Program course.

  3. Select the age group tile you serve.

    1. If you serve Infants and Toddlers, click Infant / Toddler.

    2. If you serve pre-kindergarten, then click PK.

  4. Select the artifact type you are submitting.

    1. If you are submitting a video, click Video Submission.

    2. If you are submitting a document, click Document Submission.

  5. Select to submit your first submission by clicking on Add Submission (add first submission), New Submission (New submission can be added after graded submission), or Edit submission (can adjust submission if not graded) to upload to your submission.

  6. In the text box, include the date, time stamps to be viewed if video is over 30 minutes, and any additional information for your Submission Reviewer or PLC Facilitator.

  7. Select the file submissions, and browse your computer for your video file.

  8. Select the file from your computer then click upload file. Remember to save your changes.

Now you are all done with uploading your video submission!
