📘 Instructions
Locate the file in your Google Drive.
Right click on the video file and then click on ‘Share’ Share or ‘Get Get link.’
Before sharing the link, adjust the change settings to “Anyone Anyone with the link” link can view so the submission reviewer can . This allows submission reviewers to review the video/document for demonstrated competencies.
Finally, you can copy Copy the video file link and paste it into the online text box on CLI Engage when uploading a new submission.
When uploading the submissionadding this link to the online text box, make sure to include type in the textbox the date of video your upload, timestamps to be viewed if video is over 20 minutes, and any additional information for your Submission Reviewer or PLC Facilitator, etc.
