Data entry for the assessment should occur within five business days of the visit, if not sooner, depending on the date; some visits may have rates that will go into effect sooner than five business days. Example: An ELP assessed on the 25th of the month would need to have its assessment results generated before the last day of the month to ensure enhanced reimbursement rates are effective on the first day of the next month

Before finalizing the report, the Assessor will need to preview the report to ensure that all of the data that is entered is accurate, including the Program information (CCR number) and all applicable dates(see EUG Entering Assessment Scores). 

Once the results have been generated, the assessor Assessor will notify the mentor, then contact the ELP. Within two business days of generating the results, the assessor Assessor should provide the ELP with the following items:

[1] The ELP’s certificate are automatically generated within Engage to include the ELP’s name, verified star level, effective dates, and Board area name. All information will be pulled from the information within CLI Engage, per the most recent assessment. It is vital that assessors Assessors ensure that assessments are entered accurately, specific to dates provided, per the EUG.
