If a Texas Rising Star-certified program attains national accreditation, the ELP will retain its current star level and the accreditation will be documented within TWIST and the Engage event log, following the guidance in the EUG. At the ELP’s next visit, the Assessor will modify which categories are assessed/observed. If the ELP requests for a Star Level Evaluation due to this change, the assessor Assessor would only assess for Categories 2 and 4.
