Reconsideration requests will be submitted in writing and uploaded to the school’s event log within 30 days of the assessment’s completion. When a reconsideration request is received, the mentor will notify the Assessor and the assigned staff from the logistics team, via the Jira ticketing system. The goal is to conduct the reconsideration assessment within 30 days of the request, based on assessor Assessor availability.
