Or translate instructions from Spanish to English, but still assess a student's Spanish skills?
\uD83D\uDCD8 Answer
The CIRCLE Progress Monitoring (CPM) and TX-KEA assessment CLI Engageassessments/ progress monitoring tools were created to be given in either English or Spanish. It is important to ensure that each assessment is conducted in the language specified on the assessment. It is strongly recommended not to translate the prompts or instructions for students, as doing so could impact the accuracy of the data collected and the integrity of the tool. It is best to use the assessment as intended and administer it in either English or Spanish, as it is not meant to be used as a bilingual tool
