ELPs are asked to contact the Research Coordinator if something unexpected happens and the assessment must be rescheduled.  

 

The .  Email request to CLIScheduler@uth.tmc.edu

 The Research Coordinator will add the 2-week assessment window information for each assessment scheduled, to the event log as a general update and choose to notify the mentor and the LWB. A comment will be placed on the event log to include the dates of the assessment window.
